Air transportation is based on airfares applicable on any IATA, Charter or participating airlines as of January 1, 2019. Airfare is subject to the rules and regulations of the carriers. All fares are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.
Kesher Tours is not responsible for cancellation of flights and/or schedule changes. This is the sole responsibility of the Airline.
If you are booking your own international flights, please ensure that the tour is guaranteed before issuing your air tickets .

Accommodations are in first-class or superior tourist class hotels. On some destinations selected superior tourist class hotels may be necessary for the convenience of Shabbat or due to the remoteness of the area.  An attempt is made to reserve lower floors for Shabbat, but this cannot be guaranteed. Hotels are classified according to each country’s official standards. Facilities and services provided may vary from those in other parts of the world and are often local in style. Triple room requests are usually accommodated with a rollaway bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. Note that single rooms in European hotels are generally smaller than twin-bedded rooms. Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible. Special room requests such as smoking/non-smoking, adjacent or connecting, must be requested at time of booking and cannot be guaranteed – they are based on availability at the time of check-in. Room distribution is made by the hotel and the organizers do not have the authority to interfere. A list of the hotels on the tour will be given before departure in some case there might be last minute changes which are beyond our control or responsibility.

Tours include the following kosher meals per day: continental breakfast at hotels, provisions for preparation sandwiches for lunch (we bring food from Israel such as cheese, jams/jellies, peanut butter, tuna, etc.). Dinner is served at a kosher restaurant or Jewish community centers under the supervision of the local Orthodox Rabbinate or Chabad. Where kosher food is not available locally, vegetarian dinners are prepared under the supervision of our Tour Escort. On some of the tours the group will be accompanied also by a logistic staff person. When cooking in hotel kitchens we use our own knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, cooking implements and disposable trays. Breakfasts, and in some cases dinners, will be served on disposable flatware. Beverages are not considered part of the meal and usually result in an extra charge. Passengers can be accommodated for special vegetarian meals throughout the tour only if requested at time of reservation.
We do not guarantee Pat Israel and Chalav Israel.
