Day 1, Sunday 02 July: Glasgow
Arrival at Glasgow airport. Meet the tour leader at the hotel. Dinner at a Kosher restaurant.

Day 2, Monday 03 July: Stirling castle, Deanstone distillery
Breakfast at Kosher restaurant. Today we will visit Stirling Castle, located in Stirling, is one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland, both historically and architecturally. It is surrounded on three sides by steep cliffs, giving it a strong defensive position. Its strategic location, guarding what was, until the 1890s, the farthest downstream crossing of the River Forth, has made it an important fortification from the earliest times. Our next stop is Deanston distillery. It is a Single malt Scotch whisky distillery located on the banks of the River Teith, eight miles from the historic town of Stirling, at the gateway to the dramatic Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. It is the largest distillery owned by Scotch whisky producer Distell Group Limited, who also own Bunnahabhain Distillery on the Isle of Islay and Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. The constant supply of pure water from the River Teith contributed to the decision to turn the mill into a distillery and Deanston is now the only distillery in Scotland to be self-sufficient in electricity, with power generated by an on-site hydro-energy facility. Deanston sits in the Highland single malt region of Scotland and produces whisky which is handmade by ten local craftsmen, un-chill filtered, natural colour and bottled at a strength of 46.3% ABV. Dinner at a Kosher restaurant.

Day 3, Tuesday 04 July
Breakfast at Kosher restaurant. Today we will visit Pitlochry. The town has retained many stone Victorian buildings, and the main street has an unusual period cast iron canopy over one side. We will continue to visit Blair Atholl’s castle, one of Scotland’s premier stately homes, and the last castle in the British Isles to be besieged, in 1746 during the last Jacobite Rebellion. The Castle was the traditional home of the Earls (later Marquesses, now Dukes) of Atholl. Last visit of the day will be at Perth lies on the banks of River Tay to the north eastern fringe of Central Scotland. Dinner at a Kosher restaurant.

Day 4, Tuesday 05 July: Scottish highlands, Loch Lomond, Loch ness, Ochentoshen ditilary
Breakfast at Kosher restaurant. After breakfast, we will visit the scottish highlands. They are a historic region of Scotland. We will drive along Loch Ness that is best known for alleged sightings of the cryptozoological Loch Ness Monster, also known affectionately as “Nessie”. We will continue to Loch Lomond, the largest inland stretch of water in Great Britain by surface area. We will take a cruise. Our next visit will be Auchentoshan distillery a Single Malt whisky distillery in the west of Scotland. It is known as “Glasgow’s Malt Whisky” due to its close proximity to Glasgow and “the breakfast whisky” due to its sweet and delicate nature. Dinner at a Kosher restaurant.

Day 5, Thursday 06 July: Edinburgh – Back Home
Today we will visit Edinburgh, Scotland’s bustling capital for a sightseeing tour that includes views of the Georgian New Town, Palace of Holyrood house, the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. Our journey ends. Flight back home.
